First Kids Children's Ministry is here to help kids discover and learn all about God and His love for us.  We want kids to experience God's word, God's works, and God's love in their world.  
We offer several events throughout the year for kids and families, including Trunk or Treat, Easter Egg Hunt, VBS, and FEAST.  Contact for more information and dates.

VBS 2024 - Start the Party - will be June 2-6, from 6-8pm at FUMC Maumelle.  All information about registration and volunteering can be found in the links above.  An option to donate to VBS is included in the giving options on the Giving tab above.  We hope you can be there to Start the Party with us!

Wednesday night ministries 

Join us for fun, games, and a lesson each week from 6:30-7:30
PreK - 3rd grade meet together
4th-6th participate in The Middle
Ages 7th grade and up are encourages to volunteer! 

Sunday Mornings

9:00am and 11:00am services

At FUMC, we believe that kids of all ages should experience worship as part of the body of Christ.  We offer a children's sermon, as well as coordinated activities for children during the 9 and 11 am services.  We also offer a fully staffed nursery  during that time .  We want each family to find their best fit.     

Sunday School 10:00

Children ages PreK - 5th grade will meet for Sunday School upstairs.  We study God's word, sing songs, play games, and make crafts.  
Our nursery is staffed during this time for children below PreK ages.
