For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

At FUMC, we believe in the importance of serving our church, our community, and our world.  Please fill out the  form below and someone will contact you about getting plugged in with a ministry team.
Our Student Ministry included those from 6th to 12th grade.  We are always looking for volunteers for actives, as well as to provide meals!
First Kids is a vibrant, active group that spans ages birth to 6th grade.  We always love to have plenty of volunteers for learning and play!
Our BackPack Ministry works with local Maumelle school to provide food for students that are food insecure.  You can volunteer by donating, packing bags, or making deliveries!
Hope Alliance Ministry is a local food pantry supported monthly by First United MethodistChurch. Watch the bulletin and newsletter for monthly items we are collecting for those in need.
FUMC Maumelle has been involved in prison ministry for over 20 years. A group of men and women go to the prisons (both men and women's) and minister to prisoners about their life with Christ.
First Fruits is a community garden of raised beds available for an annual fee. In addition to families growing food for their own homes, a portion of everything grown goes to local food pantries.
The Little Rock Stewpot is a simple group with a simple mission - "Feed whoever comes through the door. No questions asked."  Every weekday, volunteers feed the hungry. Typically 150 people eat lunch everyday. The food is very simple and
some how there is always enough.
Audubon Point Outreach collects soups, macaroni and cheese, canned meats and peanut butter to Aububon Pointe residence who need a little help once in a while. We have also adopted 10 residents without family, supplying them with extra attention around holidays and special occasions.
Our House empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workforce, in school, and in life through hard work, wise decision-making, and active participation in the community.
